Frame style choice details:
1. Grouted in Iron Frame: Tiles are set and grouted into a rusted and sealed iron frame (ready to mount)
2. Drop-in: Loose tiles with drop-in powder coated steel frame (you will slide the tiles into the frame when they arrive)

Yes, we can do letters too! Just specify in the customization field, there is no extra charge for single letters.  Each house number design is painted to order! Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, each piece is made especially for you.

We do not customize the colors or designs on our house number sets. We do not sell the frames by themselves and we do not provide hanging hardware (too many options depending on what kind of surface you are hanging your set on, there is no reasonable way for us to do this but we can make recommendations).

**COLOR VARIATIONS ARE INHERENT** We do our best to produce consistent colors but our tiles are handmade and there may be slight variations on colors shown.

Your house number tiles come with your choice of frame option: either set and grouted into a hand welded decorative iron frame, or sent as loose tiles with a drop-in powder coated steel frame. Each piece is weatherproof, fade-proof, waterproof & ready to hang.

A NOTE ABOUT OUR IRON FRAMES: The iron frames are made of iron and are sealed but will eventually rust in some areas of the country. They are intended to weather with a surface rust! You can maintain your iron frame with Good old fashioned Clear Johnson's Paste Wax.
